Yeah, you are a Sagittarius, but you don’t relate to what the daily horoscope of your local newspaper says, right? So that’s when you say that Astrology isn’t real.
Did you know that there are more signs than the one you’ve already know? And that you understand people, and the things they do since Astrology gives you that ability?
How I was saying at the beginning of this article, we have more than our main sign. It is now the moment for me to introduce you to a Natal Chart.
A natal chart is “a map of where all the planets were in their journey around the Sun (from our vantage point on earth) at the exact moment you were born”, and no, astrology is not about signs instead it is about planets.
In order to know your natal chart, you will only need your birth date (unless you want to know your rising sign which in that case you will be needing the hour you were born), so after you have written down your information, there’s going to be a chart with a bunch of planets and signs.
Let’s explain what each planet means, and how it affects the sign it is.
The Sun represents who we are at our core, our ego, it’s where our true self resides. That’s why when someone asks your sign, you say the one you’ve known your whole life. But sometimes the sun doesn’t represent us completely, and that’s probably because of the Moon. Picture it in this way: The sun is that part everyone sees, just as the rising sign, but the moon is our privacy.
In astrology, the moon represents our inner self, what we feel comfortable with, our relationship with our mother, and how we process our emotions. So, in case you are a Virgo sun – Aries moon you only show that secret chaotic energy with your closest friends!
Mercury represents our type of intelligence, how we communicate, explain, and understand things. That’s why we don’t have to be so fazed by stereotypes of the “smart sign” since we all process stuff differently than others.
Venus represents our love language, aesthetic, and what we feel comfortable with in terms of people. If you have Venus in Taurus your love language tends to be physical, close, and sensual.
Mars represents how we move, the way we get mad, and how we deal with angriness, also our independence. If controlled well, Mars can give you the courage to bring ideas into action, but if not, you can turn very aggressive, self-destructive, and impulsive.
Jupiter, is about how you deal with your faith and optimism during tough times, your philosophy in life, the higher self, luck, and abundance.
Uranus and Neptune are generational placements, which means that many people will have the same sign as these planets. They represent our individuality, justice, and our humanitarian side.
Pluto, is about our dark side, transformation, and power.
Now, is astrology still not real?
